Martina Marrali, an MBA Candidate at Babson College, is Co-Chair of the Global Entrepreneurial Leadership (GEL) Forum and brings a background in biotechnology and venture building. With over six years of experience across research and innovation, she is also the Co-Founder and CEO of a women’s health startup focused on advancing personalized hormone insights through AI and wearable technology.

Rashmi Surana is an MBA candidate at Babson College focusing on finance, investing, and entrepreneurial strategy. She is building on her experience with startups and private equity while deepening her understanding of financial decision-making and business growth. Her interests lie in how capital allocation shapes scaling and long-term value creation. Outside academics, she enjoys discussions around markets, business models, and collaborative problem-solving.

Bukonla is an MBA candidate at Babson College, Director of Marketing – Outreach for the Global Entrepreneurial Leadership (GEL) Forum, and President of the Black Graduates Club (BGC). She is the founder of VESY, a fashion venture focused on craftsmanship, community, and economic empowerment within Africa’s creative economy, building platforms that connect emerging talent to global opportunities.

My name is Tanay Mehta. I am an MBA student at Babson College. I like building and selling products using AI. I am an engineer. I spend most of my time speaking with customers, trying to understand the problems that they are facing, and try using all the possible AI tools to build solutions for them. My main goal is to use AI to help companies and consumers make their everyday lives better.

Akshay, 25-year-old from Chennai, India, is currently pursuing his first year of an MBA at Babson College. He is building on his professional foundation in consulting and strategy while expanding his knowledge in corporate finance and global leadership.
