Martina Marrali, an MBA Candidate at Babson College, is Co-Chair of the Global Entrepreneurial Leadership (GEL) Forum and brings a background in biotechnology and venture building. With over six years of experience across research and innovation, she is also the Co-Founder and CEO of a women’s health startup focused on advancing personalized hormone insights through AI and wearable technology.

Pavan Marni is a MSc in Business Analytics graduate student at Babson and is motivated by impact and real-world problem solving. Akshay, 25-year-old from Chennai, India, is currently pursuing his first year of an MBA at Babson College. He is building on his professional foundation in consulting and strategy while expanding his knowledge in corporate finance and global leadership. His goal is to bridge his previous industry experience with new academic insights to strengthen his overall perspective.Beyond academics, Akshay mentioned his lifelong passion for sports, noting that it fuels his competitive spirit and reinforces his commitment to teamwork, both in and out of the classroom.

As the Associate Director of Graduate Student Life and Leadership, Kevin is responsible for creating and executing programs and projects that provide co-curricular engagement opportunities for all graduate students.
